Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We proudly ship worldwide from our Boston headquarters. However, please note that delivery to some remote areas and parts of Asia may not be available due to logistical constraints.
What shipping options do you offer?
We provide two shipping methods:
• Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx: 10-15 days delivery after dispatch
• Free Shipping for orders over $50 via EMS: 15-25 days delivery after dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
How can I track my order?
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched from our Boston headquarters. Both shipping options include tracking capabilities.
Are there any additional fees for international orders?
For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authorities.

Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we will cover return shipping costs. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
