Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products: Bed Pillows, Mattress & Pillow Protectors, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt
  • Products must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included and undamaged
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Complete the Returns & Exchanges Request Form below and email it to our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 2 business days, our customer service team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number along with detailed return shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Carefully package the items in their original packaging, including all tags and documentation. Please include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Ship your return package to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges, please indicate your preferred alternative product in the request form below. If the exchange item is of higher value, we will contact you to arrange payment of the difference. For lower-value exchanges, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
