Shipping Information

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping – $12.95
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: We ship globally with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. We’ve designed a straightforward returns process that maintains the luxury experience you deserve.

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Bed Pillows
  • Mattress & Pillow Protectors

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt
  • Products must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included and undamaged
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Return Process

1Submit Your Request

Complete the Returns & Exchanges Request Form and email it to our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.

2Receive Authorization

Within 2 business days, our customer service team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number along with detailed return shipping instructions.

3Package Your Items

Carefully package the items in their original packaging, including all tags and documentation. Please include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip.

4Ship Your Return

Ship your return package to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges, please indicate your preferred alternative product in the request form. If the exchange item is of higher value, we will contact you to arrange payment of the difference. For lower-value exchanges, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
